A focused section within a factory district renewal project. Existing factory buildings had already converted into a supermarket and wholesale outlet but without a good flow of public customers. The client, the company group who owns the area appointed us to design this remained section into the focus of the whole district. The cluster of containers aims to become the next youth hub for the local and neighbouring towns. The Commercial Centre was designed and built with the intension to use as a construction case study towards the actual development. Using the same colour scheme and elevated with steel framework, it imitates a part of the upper level of the development. The containers and materials are intended to relocate use as part of the overall construction.
